Requirments :

On a 120 ft x 80 ft plot in the heart of Bengaluru, our client envisioned a 5-bedroom luxury bungalow with a large central garden and the home positioned at the center. Their brief included maximum functionality, unique design, and the use of latest materials — a residence that reflected modern luxury while staying true to their lifestyle.

Challenge

Before meeting us, the client had already consulted five other professionals and received a mix of conflicting ideas — from professionals and well-meaning relatives. This left them with too many scattered possibilities and no clear direction.
I dedicated maximum time to understand their lifestyle, social identity, practicality, budget, and need for uniqueness. After gathering their complete requirements, I asked for two days to create something they hadn’t seen before — a plan and design no one in their family or locality had experienced.

Solution :

Our approach began with a local survey to ensure the concept would stand out while remaining practical. We developed a master plan divided in a 40%-30%-30% ratio, incorporating:

  • Bangalow - Open garden - Private club House

  • 3 Floors with well-zoned spaces

  • Private club house with garden

  • Multi-purpose hall under the pool (MS structure to allow future enclosure without damaging main structure)

  • Open garden with podium

  • Double-height foyer & 28 ft living hall

  • Formal & informal living areas

  • 4 master bedrooms, each with walk-in wardrobes and attached toilets with OTS

  • One duplex bedroom with sleeping area and upper floor for study/play, plus a private terrace garden overlooking the main garden and pool

This design met their expectations so perfectly that they approved the plan on the first go, within just two options.

Latest Material / Innovative Features / Over all summary

We integrated modern materials and hardware not as showpieces, but as functional design elements. Examples include:

  • Feature wall in foyer (12 ft wide × 18 ft high) with epoxy art creating a sea-shore illusion, integrated with a 2.5 ft × 12 ft live functioning aquarium

  • 14 ft × 8 ft main door with latest FritsJurgens pivot system replacing traditional hinges for smooth operation and luxury finish

  • Every corner crafted with customised material choices, blending durability with aesthetics — ensuring the home remains timeless without excessive upkeep

His home is more than concrete, glass, and steel — it’s a story of clarity born from confusion, and trust that turned into a masterpiece. By investing time to truly understand our client’s lifestyle and aspirations, we were able to design a one-of-a-kind luxury residence that reflects their identity and stands apart in their entire locality. Every space here has a purpose, every detail a reason — proving that thoughtful design can deliver luxury without compromise. The smiles and joy at handover were the final seal of success.
